STORE POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products at Never Stop 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to contact us and return the product within 14 days after you have received your purchase. 


After we have received your returned item, our team of professionals will inspect it and make sure the product is not damaged or in any way altered, other than how you should have received it. Immediately after, we will start to process your refund. The money could either be refunded in store credits or be put back in the account the original purchase was made with. 


If the product is damaged in anyway or, we have received the item after the 14 day period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
